List of Changes (Misc. Tweaks and Fixes v3.0)
O = New to this version of the mod

- Carnival Night 2's water palette has been slightly tweaked so that the coloration of objects (most notably rings) makes more sense
- Made the tiling for Launch Base's boxes consistent to the ones that Twin Hammer spawns from
- Fixed a small palette error seen on the circular platforms when Sonic's first Launch Base 2 boss is destroyed
- The leading character now properly rebounds off of the Big Arms boss after landing the final hit
- The green pixels on Flying Battery's clouds have been removed
- Fixed a small palette error seen in the background's light bulbs when returning from the outside of Flying Battery
- Gapsule's eye windows are now fully centered
O Patched up the corrupted debris graphics seen after defeating Gapsule
- The rumbling sound now properly resumes when respawning at the end checkpoint in Flying Battery 2 
O Fixed the palette used on the chain in the Sky Sanctuary wrecking ball boss
O Fixed (most) bugged boss palette flashes (SOZ2, Mecha Sonic, LRZ1 etc.)
- Robotnik's claw now uses the more proper "grabbing" frame during the third phase of the final boss
- One of Sonic's ending sprites has been fixed so that his shoe soles and eyes no longer turn green
- Robotnik now wears his gloves in Sonic's bad ending post-credits scene
O The shadows in the special stages are now properly centered
- All of the flags in the Balloon Park background now face the same way
- Fixed small animation error seen when Tails carries Sonic underwater while tired

Toggleable (mod options):
O Change data select Robotnik to make his eyes consistent, or just simply change the color of his head shine
- Give Tails a unique orange nametag for the results screen
O Give Tails a unique continue screen instead of reusing Sonic's 
O Make it so that Sonic and Tails chase Robotnik instead of Knuckles on the continue screen after Hidden Palace
- Make it so that the green color for objects such as Robotnik monitors don't turn grey when underwater
- Change the sound that plays when obtaining the lightning shield to the presumed intended one
- Fix the invalid palette entry for the pool at the start of Hydrocity 1
O Change the button that Knuckles uses to destroy the bridge in Hydrocity 2 to match other buttons seen in the zone
O Tweak the Hydrocity 2 boss to use the darkest grey color instead of pitch black, similar to other bosses (and also the prototype)
- Restore the bomb chute sprite that Egg Robo drops the bomb from at the end of Launch Base 2
- Keep the lever in Mushroom Hill 2 from turning blue when playing as Knuckles
- Change the sound that Flying Battery's parachute bombs make when they destroy the floor
- Tweak Flying Battery's spikes to remove their green pixels and make them look closer to how they did in Sonic Mania
- Tweak the shading on the egg capsule's button to make more sense (based on Gapsule's button from the prototype)
O Restore an unused animation that better depicts Robotnik being scared while running away in Flying Battery 2 and Death Egg 2
- Restore the missing FBZ2 boss Robotnik head frame that makes Robotnik face the camera when he swings around the platform
	- When this option is enabled, Egg Robo will also face the camera in a similar fashion as Robotnik, with new sprites to accompany him
	- Said frame can also be tweaked to make Robotnik's eyes look more consistent
- Change the sound that Lava Reef 1's fireball launchers make to be consistent with other games
- Restore the missing Robotnik 'defeat' frame for the Lava Reef 2 boss
O Patch up the lavafall platforms in the Lava Reef 2 boss so that their tops use the correct palette
O Allow the main Lava Reef 2 palette to reload after defeating the boss in Lava Reef 2 instead of keeping the burning one
- Change the sounds that play when Hidden Palace boss Knuckles performs a spindash
O Knuckles' far-away ending sprites now properly obey his palette and any modded palettes, so he will no longer suddenly stop flashing during the "best" ending
	- In addition, a new sprite has been added to better reflect the "bad" ending, meaning Knuckles will no longer be standing with a disembodied floating hand
	- Also fixes a small palette error with the Master Emerald in the "good" ending
O Mecha Sonic's palette can be adjusted to not only be consistent, but also use a desired palette
- Patch up the broken graphics for the retracting spring in Death Egg 1's A.I.R. layout
- Change Balloon Park's bumper palette
- Change the sound that Balloon Park's bumpers make
O Change the sound that Balloon Park's balloons make
- Change the color of Balloon Park's elephant trunk blocks
- Tweak Chrome Gadget to use a palette from the prototype that allows more background detail to be seen
- Change the small Knuckles icon in the Competition results screen to use his player palette instead of his cutscene one
